I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was extremely clean with a spectacular view of the Matterhorn, making it incredibly comfortable. The service from the staff, especially the receptionists and waiters, was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The location, a little away from the center but with access to an elevator that takes you to the heart of town, was fantastic for enjoying the views and exploring the area. The dining options were good, offering some variety during my 4-day stay.
